Alternative Training Approach in the care of frail elderly. ALTRA MP aims at analyzing in an international perspective a new model of intervention to be applied by professional caregivers working in residential care services (nursing homes, assisted living centers, continuing care retirement communities, adult care centers and the like).

The MP ALTRA main aim is that of cross checking if this approach may be applied also in other Countries, through an exchange of experiences and best practices in the Countries involved in the activities. The LP should either guarantee that the needs in the various countries are similar or, when this is not the case, give hints and suggestions on how to modify the approach to answer different, specific, needs.

The Partners involved will raise interest around the topic through their networks, and will widely disseminate the ideas at the origin of the methodology through a website, newsletters, leaflets and brochures.
