... 84 pagine in tutto (in inglese e francese), è stato  reso pubblico oggi dopo il consenso del Governo italiano. Il documento che riporta quanto riscontrato dalla delegazione del Comitato nel corso della visita condotta in Italia tra il 16 e il 26 settembre del 2008 in posti di polizia, stazioni dei carabinieri, carceri e istituti psichiatrici.
